Visas

Dear participants of the 42^nd Chess Olympiad and the 87^th FIDE Congress!

The organizers have made it possible for you to obtain electronic visas to enter Azerbaijan. 
The procedure is very convenient for participants and organizers recommend that you follow it strictly. 

Participants are asked to send to the organizers:
- a color scan of their passport
- an identity picture, in color, on white background and clearly visible face
- a filled-out visa application form: the form is available in the Olympiad's registration system; the participants also have the possibility to send it directly to the visas department: visas@bakuchess.com The application form was sent to all Federations by e-mail.

Ready electronic visas will be sent to Federations and participants via mail. 

Participants have to show electronic visas at the time of registration for the flight to Baku and then at Passport Control Points at the Baku Airport.
