Countdown
The countdown timer of the 42nd World Chess Olympiad has been launched in the center of Baku. In addition to the logo of the World Chess Olympiad, the timer reflects the number of days, hours and minutes left for the start of the prestigious event.
The 42nd World Chess Olympiad due to be held in Baku will start on 1 September. The official opening ceremony will be held at the National Gymnastic Arena. The games will be played at the Baku Crystal Hall.
